General product information
Linken Sphere is an anti-detection browser that set industry standards back in 2017. It was the first to feature WebRTC spoofing, automatic GEO setting, smart text insertion, and other tools that provide a high level of security and realistic fingerprints. The product was developed by cybersecurity engineers and is constantly evolving.
This is the number of profiles that can be stored and used simultaneously. You can create and delete sessions without limitation, but only those allowed by your plan will remain active.
A license is a key that unlocks all functionality, updates, and technical support. In case of a gross violation of the user agreement, the account may be blocked without a refund.
No. The software is provided "as is." A refund is only possible before the first launch.
Installation, updates, and system requirements
Most often, this is due to antivirus blocking. Add Linken Sphere to the exceptions (example for ESET):
1. Open ESET (icon in the tray);
2. Settings → Advanced settings;
3. Protection → Internet access protection → Excluded applications;
4. Add chromium-bin\chrome.exe from the program folder. If the installation location was standard, the full path will look like this: c:\program files (x86)\linken sphere 2\chromium-bin\chrome.exe You can find out the actual installation path by right-clicking on the Linken Sphere shortcut > File location.
5. Close all ESET windows by clicking OK to confirm the changes.
Click on the bell in the main menu of the program, you will see a notification with an offer to update the program, click on it.

No. Support for versions lower than Windows 10 has been discontinued with the release of Chromium 109 and Linken Sphere 9.0 (in January 2023).
Yes, but performance depends on the allocated resources.
Security and privacy
Yes. All data is encrypted on disk and during transmission; Linken Sphere does not contain trackers and does not use Google API.
Only technical data: license status, session parameters, and metadata. Cookies, LocalStorage, and other data are not transferred if synchronization is turned off in the session settings.
Yes. Synchronization is enabled by default. You can flexibly manage data synchronization in the session or preset settings.
With cloud synchronization, data is stored on the server for at least a year and is available after renewing your subscription.
Working with profiles and sessions
Check if you have switched to another desktop (in the upper left corner): expand the Desktop menu and select the one you need.
Sessions in the trash do not count towards your plan's session limit and are automatically deleted after 72 hours. To clear it manually, go to the trash (in the upper right corner) and click Empty Trash.
Yes. Open the trash and click the Restore button (the rounded arrow). You can also select multiple sessions for bulk restoration.
The total number of sessions on all desktops is displayed.
Yes, starting with version 9 of the program, simultaneous work by multiple users under one account is available on any paid plan. This solution is ideal for teams for whom it is critical to maintain the integrity of digital fingerprints throughout the entire session lifecycle. Technically, this is achieved by installing the application on a remote server (VPS/VDS) to which employees connect.
However, for full-fledged teamwork with flexible access rights and roles, we recommend using Pro plans and above.
Proxies and network connections
These are built-in data center proxies (Free Proxy type) designed for testing and light surfing.
In the session settings, select the connection type (for example, SOCKS5) and hover your cursor over the input field. A tooltip will appear with descriptions of the formats in which you can enter proxy data. For example: IP:PORT@USER:PASS. Bulk import supports the same data formats.
Sphere proxies are implemented on a separate subscription basis, billing is based on traffic volume, and you can choose the location (country, city/region). For more details, follow the link Sphere proxy
Yes. You can combine different types of connections in a large number of parallel streams (different sessions). The maximum multithreading in this case will depend on the power of your work computer. No additional settings are required—the built-in proxy will ensure stable simultaneous operation of such connections without traffic leakage.
You do not need to take any additional action. Linken Sphere will automatically detect the absence of DNS on the proxy side and use secure public DNS servers to ensure the connection. If necessary, you can specify a custom DNS server address manually in the session settings.
Browser fingerprints and modes
Hybrid mode is an innovative digital fingerprint generation technology that balances session uniqueness and naturalness for anti-bot systems.
Unlike standard methods, this mode does not use traditional Canvas and WebGL noise in its operation. Instead, it uses your device's real hardware data to render graphics, but intelligently substitutes related configuration parameters (video card model, RAM size, number of processor cores, etc.).

Sufficient uniqueness:
Despite the use of real rendering, each session remains unique. The system automatically selects logical combinations of parameters (for example, changes the video card), creating the effect of working with many different but real computers.
Hybrid mode allows you to work with hundreds of accounts, imitating real users with similar but technically different equipment, which makes your actions invisible to detection algorithms.

We recommend not to abuse these checks. Regular Internet users rarely visit such sites, so such visits may attract unnecessary attention of anti-bot systems to your IP or profile.
In addition, there is no guarantee that checkers do not store and transfer visitor data to anyone.
Teamwork and access management
The owner has access to up to 10 subaccounts, which have all the benefits of their license. You can flexibly restrict access to desktops and sessions.
In Linken Sphere, this can be done in two ways, depending on how strict the isolation you need is:

In the user rights settings, activate the option Only own sessions available.
The employee will be able to see and run only the sessions they have created themselves. Other people's sessions on the Desktops available to them will be hidden.

Through Desktops
Configure access to specific Desktops. Assign the employee a separate desktop that only they (and you, as the administrator/team owner) can access.
In this case, the employee will have their own personal space.
It is often convenient to create another “Shared” desktop for the entire team so that employees can transfer sessions to each other if necessary.
The second option is usually more convenient, as it allows you to balance privacy and teamwork.
Payment and licenses
Payment is made with cryptocurrency or a bank card only within the application itself.
No, license activation occurs automatically when paying with cryptocurrency after the transaction receives at least 1 confirmation from the blockchain network. Please contact support only in case of errors.
If the transaction has been confirmed but the license has not been activated, please contact support via the built-in chat.
Technical issues and solutions
You are probably running the program directly from the image (DMG) downloaded from the website. Since the image is read-only, it is not possible to install the update.
To resolve this:
1. Drag Linken Sphere 2.app to the Applications folder via Finder
2. Close the installation image
3. Launch Linken Sphere from the Applications folder
Most often, the reason lies in the reputation of the proxy IP address. Even if external services (such as IPQS) show that the address is clean, it may be on Google's internal blacklists. The search engine is quite sensitive to suspicious activity.
As a solution, try changing the IP address pool or testing another proxy provider.
Sometimes website scripts can conflict with developer tools in the browser, causing a forced pause. This is a normal situation that is easy to resolve.
1. Wait for the "Paused in debugger" message to appear.
2. Disable breakpoints with hotkeys:
Windows: Ctrl + F8
macOS: Cmd + F83. Refresh the page.
This is completely invisible to anti-bot systems and the website itself, does not constitute a leak, and does not affect the trust of your session in any way.
Support and feedback
You can do this yourself directly in the application login window.
1. Click the "Forgot password?" button.
2. Follow the instructions that will be sent to your email.
To recover your password, you need access to the email address used to register your account. If you have lost access to it, you will not be able to reset your password.
The most reliable way is to write to the built-in chat within the program.
